Unden is a Dabrash peak in the Western Rhodopes. The distance from the guest house to this highest point in the area of the  Satovcha municipality is about 12 kilometers and it lays on the eastern bank of the river Bistritsa. The old name of the peak is Dikchan, but as of 1936 the peak was renamed to Unden in honor of Professor Yosten Unden, a Swedish academician, politician and a specialist in international law. After the wars of the beginning of the 20^th century the territorial dispute between Bulgaria and Greece was resolved by Professor Unden in favor of Bulgaria and the corresponding areas were returned to the "Dikchan" forestry which was followed by a change in the name of the peak and the building of a monument  in honor of the Swedish professor.
