The village of Satovcha is located 12 km., from the “Sinanovi" guest house. Its center is marked by a monument bearing the names of the Satovcha soldiers from the 9^th Infantry Regiment in Plovdiv, who fell for the liberation from the Ottoman yoke and during the wars of 1912 – 1918.  The "St. Nedelya” church /built in 1844/ is a cultural monument, just like a number of other cites of cultural importance like the numerous archaeological remains found on municipal territory bearing witness to many ancient settlements: remains of an ancient and medieval settlement in the location called “Gabareto”, several ancient and medieval necropoli in the area of "Marinitsa” and "Parlyovitsa" located near to the village of Satovcha; remains of an ancient and medieval settlement and a late antique necropolis in the "Tsurkva" area; a late antique and medieval fortress in the location called "Ilinden"; remains of an ancient and medieval settlement in "Pancharevo", close to the village of Dolen and many others.
